Reception

A 3,200 sq ft. sailcloth tent with a polished concrete floor. The high ceilings of the tent include decorations and twinkling lights to make the space magical. Wooden tables and chairs to accommodate up to 200 guests.

Adjacent to the tent will be the outdoor patio/dancefloor. An unforgettable first dance under the moonlight.

ceremony

An immersive experience in the heart of the woods. Featuring a heel-proof, enchanted walkway and handmade wooden benches.

Ceremony sound system and microphones included. Waterproof canopy tents available in case of rain.

bridal cottage

Eclectic, cottagecore getting ready space for the bridal party.

Including four mirror stations, a stocked mini fridge, and a patio outlooking the woods; this space is nothing short of serenity.

Cottage is key code lockable for the wedding party to secure their belongings through the evening.

Groom's cabin

The ultimate getaway for the gents. Features a TV, stocked mini fridge, and a garage door opening to a patio.

WASHROOMS

Unisex washroom facility to provide comfort to guests throughout the day. Cleanliness maintained by The Everwoods staff throughout the evening.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped prep kitchen available for caterers. Includes a warming oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and plenty of counterspace.
